Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Gerardo Muriel Ramos (“Sairoz”, “we”) about using the Sairoz app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. What Sairoz is
Sairoz helps you save ideas from what you read, review them and put them into practice. It includes artificial intelligence (AI) features, such as turning photos of pages into ideas, classifying them and suggesting plans.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account. Let us know if you think someone else used it.
- You can delete your account anytime from the app (Settings (⚙) → Your account).
3. Your content is yours
The ideas, notes and photos you save are yours. You give us permission only to process and store them as needed to provide the service (for example, sending them to AI when you ask, or keeping your daily copy). We don't publish them or use them for anything else.
You're responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Saving excerpts of books for personal study is the intended use; don't use the app to copy and distribute other people's complete works.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Sairoz for illegal activities, to try to access other people's accounts or systems, to overload or attack the service, or to get around your plan's limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. About AI
AI responses may contain errors or omissions. Review what it generates before relying on it. Sairoz's suggestions are for personal development and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, financial, etc.).
6. Plans and limits
Each account has a plan with daily usage limits (for example, how many photos it can analyze). During the testing stage the service is free. Later we may offer paid plans; if so, we'll tell you the price before charging you, and billing will go through the app store (for example, Google Play) under its own payment and cancellation terms.
7. Availability and backups
We do our best to keep Sairoz running and we keep a daily copy of your ideas, but the service is provided “as is”: it may have bugs or interruptions. We recommend also using “Create copy” in Settings (⚙) from time to time to keep your own file.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or for data loss not caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. For important changes we'll notify you in the app or by email before they apply. You can stop using Sairoz and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
